MDM Integration – New Setup Menu
A new MDM integration wizard is now available for SandBlast Mobile administrators. The new wizard, together with SandBlast Mobile updated MDM integration guides (see link) are aimed to make the integration with MDMs into an easier and user-friendlier task, helping administrators to understand the parameters which are required per configuration phase, and to monitor the progress of the MDM integration at each phase.

MARS for Android
Mobile App Reputation Service (MARS) is a new application vetting service that allows SandBlast Mobile administrators to upload an .apk file into SandBlast Mobile Dashboard and receive a full app analysis report after a few minutes to their email addresses.
Multiple Policy management enhancements:
Copy Policy
With the ‘Copy Policy’ function, administrators can easily clone an existing Policy Profile to the SandBlast Mobile dashboard.

Import CSV File into ‘Whitelisted/Blacklisted Domain Names’ and ‘Whitelisted/Blacklisted Download Prevention Locations’
With this new ‘Import’ feature, SandBlast Mobile administrators can easily edit and manipulate a list of Domain Names/Locations on any external 3rd party tool such as text editor or Excel, save it in CSV format and import into SandBlast Mobile dashboard’s On-device Network Protection Blacklisted or Whitelisted Domain Names/Locations.
For more information please read the SandBlast Mobile Release Notes for v3.7 here.
URL Filtering Categories – per category ‘Show Events in Client’
With this new capability, SandBlast Mobile administrators can now opt to disable/enable on-device notifications per URL Filter Category. By default the URL filtering action applies a client device pop-up notification with a new event card in the SandBlast Protect app ‘Events center’. In case the administrator un-checks the “Show events in client” option per specific category, the end-user will only see the URL blocked page inside a browser when accessed.
For more information please read SandBlast Mobile Release Notes for v3.7 here.
iOS Device Notification Permission Policy
This new device level policy allows administrators to set the risk level for end-users’ devices where the end-user did not approve or removed the Protect App notifications permissions.
For more information please read the SandBlast Mobile Release Notes for v3.7 here.
ONP Configuration – Change of Event Severity Level
By default all On-device Network Protection events sent from mobile devices to SandBlast Mobile dashboard were marked with Critical severity level without the option to change. With this new feature, administrators can change the severity level attached to On-device Network Protection events.
Device Risk – Export CSV File
With this new option, an administrator can export a CSV file of all mobile devices which match the filter criteria of Device Risk tab. Administrators can search according to multiple criteria and then export the list of matching devices with their associated details such as user name, email address, phone number and more. Later the administrator can use those details to approach end-users and instruct them how to remove the risk off their mobile devices, or other related actions.
